The Luxe bidet neo120. What can I say? Well, installation was a breeze. The night I installed it, I used it on a “dry-run” basis. To be more exact, the bung did not need a bath becauses my waste portal suddenly had performance anxiety and stopped producing for a day and a half! The “dry-run” was a hit! My cats were outside the bathroom door, paws swiftly reaching and trying to get my attention!. I was too busy chuckling to myself as my bottom took a nice cool bath!
The aim was simply amazing! Like a sniper taking out its target from 1/2 mile away! I only turned the knob to the first setting, which was “low.” I think if I had turned it all the way up, my cornholio, colon, small intestines, and large instestines would have been cleaned out better than a colonoscopy prep!
Today was the actual first true run with the Luxe 120! The result was very satisfying! I felt sparkling clean and only required a few sheets of tp to dry off and make sure the bung was sanitized! I cannot say enough good things about the new potty tool. If my bung could type, it would also give it a good review! No more itchy-butt

For two years, almost to the day, I LOVED Luxe Bidet Neo 120 and would easily have given it five stars. But I expected it to last much longer. I’m told the leak is inside the tank, but there’s no sign of leakage around the toilet. It started tripping the GFI and, no matter how much troubleshooting I did, it just wouldn’t work any more. I looked at others as a possible replacement, but the reviews aren’t nearly as good as they are for this one, nor is the price. So, rather than purchasing another SmartBidet, I’ll suffer with a regular toilet seat. At least, by doing that, I won’t electrocute myself while sitting on my very own toilet.
Wait a minute!! I just called the SmartBidet SB-1000 service department and even though my warranty has expired, they are sending me the replacement part free of charge and a video showing how to install it. I am thrilled with this kind of customer service. So, rest assured, the product is definitely a five star and so is their customer service. We are still adjusting, but it’s working great. We use a lot less TP now and feel cleaner.
I think if I could go back and purchase again, I would have gone with a lower priced model. We got the TOTO S550e, and while all the extra features are nice, I don’t think it’s worth the additional cost. The auto open seat is too sensitive, so the lid opens all the time when we walk by from a distance. I think they need to add a feature where you can adjust the sensitivity. I do know we can turn it off, but then what’s the point of paying for that feature. The night light..ehh, could do without. I think those were the main differences in the S models.

For those on the fence, maybe look at the C-series, which are much lower price points and do the same thing.
I am so grateful we purchased the TOTO S550e WASHLET, as it works as advertised. I wish the sensor wasn’t as sensitive for open the lid ect, but that is my biggest complaint to a product that works as advertised!
Brondell Swash 1000 is my second Brondell. I had one upstairs which I still have. And I just decited I would put one downstairs as I am having an operation that is going to hinder me going upstairs. I like the way it works. It’s just great for everyone. I recommend this product. You do need a electrian if you don’t have power near your toilet, and unless you are really handy you need plumber small price to pay. Great product

I did it myself and I’m the lady of the house. My neighbor told me about the Swash. My husband is getting ready to have shoulder replacement and we really needed this.

I just got my Neo 120 today and my girlie bits love this!
First things first, I have the Neo 120. Very easy install. My cat supervised. Directions super easy to understand even for those not mechanically inclined. One nozzle, one temperature. Apparently I have excellent water pressure because on the “maiden voyage” I nearly blasted myself off the crystal ship and started laughing so hard I’m sure my apt. neighbor’s heard me. And that was on the LOW setting! I had concerns about the cold water, but it’s spring in NorCal and honestly, the cool water isn’t so bad. In summer I’m betting it will feel like a gift from the Gods! Ladies, you will need to adjust your seating position a smidge to get all the important parts clean. For bigger voyages be sure to “bear down” to make sure you clean all the barnacles off the hull. You should have smooth sailing from here on out.

If your water line to your toilet is a rigid pipe, go get a flexible hose (for toilets) before you even start installation. I had a rigid pipe and I had gone to the hardware store for something else before I started installing, only to have to go right back to the store.
I was a little hesitant about this because it’s cold water. However, the water isn’t as cold as you might think. It’s a comfortable temperature. Bidet works great! Like the thousands of other buyers, I recommend and would buy again.
